El mal tono de los pesos pesados arrastra al Ibex 35 hasta los 15.039 puntos en la apertura

El Ibex 35 despierta con retrocesos del 0,7 por ciento, para perder la cota de los 15.100 puntos y colocarse en los 15.039. Todos los pesos pesados se mueven a la baja, en particular el Santander -que cede un 1,19 por ciento-. Los inversores están muy pendientes de la operación corporativa del día: la venta de Altadis a Imperial Tobacco a 50 euros por título. Tanto la tabaquera hispano francesa como su filial Logista han sido suspendidas de cotización.

Con Wall Street a las puertas de los 14.000 puntos y un nuevo máximo del euro frente al dólar en los 1,3837 euros, los inversores apuestan por una clara recogida de beneficios. Las ventas llegan sobre todo a los grandes valores, de manera que Telefónica se deja un 0,7 por ciento al igual que la petrolera Repsol, mientras que BBVA y Santander muestran un peor comportamiento. La entidad presidida por Emilio Botín –Barclays ha asegurado que tiene flexibilidad para mejorar su oferta por ABN Amro- se deja más de un 1 por ciento, mientras que el BBVA retrocede un 0,9 por ciento. Altadis suspendida La tabaquera Altadis se convierte en protagonista de la jornada. Y es que, tras varios meses de especulaciones, la tabaquera ha aceptado una oferta de compra de Imperial Tobacco a 50 euros por título. Se trata del mismo precio que el fondo de capital riesgo CVC estaba dispuesto a pagar. Las acciones de Altadis han sido suspendidas por la CNMV al igual que los de su filial Logista.
