Ibex 35: empresas que más han aumentado y reducido su autocartera

16 de las compañías del selectivo español rebajaron su autocartera en 2019, según el último informe del Servicio de Estudios de BME.

La autocartera de las empresas del IBEX 35 disminuyó el año pasado del 0,67% al 0,38%, según un informe del Servicio de Estudios de BME. Esta reducción responde, sobre todo, al incremento de la amortización de acciones propias por parte de las compañías del selectivo bursátil español.

La valoración de la autocartera de las empresas del Ibex 35 ascendió a cierre de 2019 a los 2.229 millones de euros, frente a los 3.473 millones de euros del ejercicio anterior, lo que supone un descenso del 36%.

De las 31 empresas del índice que contaban con autocartera en diciembre de 2019, 16 la redujeron respecto a 2018, 13 la aumentaron y dos apenas sufrieron variación. Mediaset, Repsol, ACS, ENCE y Melia Hotels son las compañías que más aumentaron su autocartera el año pasado, mientras que las que más las redujeron, tras amortizar acciones propias, fueron Acciona, Acerinox, Amadeus, Bankia, Ferrovial, Iberdrola y Naturgy.

Las amortizaciones de acciones propias de las empresas del Ibex 35 crecieron un 45% el año pasado, al pasar de los 3.604 millones de euros de 2018 a los 5.224 millones de euros de diciembre de 2019. Iberdrola, con 2.500 millones de euros, y Repsol, con 1.020 millones, fueron las compañías con un mayor importe amortizado.

El valor de mercado de las acciones propias mantenidas en autocartera por las empresas del Ibex 35 más las amortizaciones realizadas durante el año pasado superó en un 5,31% al del año pasado, al ascender a los 7.453 millones de euros.
