Quabit Inmobiliaria entra en resultados positivos y logra beneficios por primera vez en el semestre, con un beneficio neto de 1,14 millones de euros.

Quabit Immobiliaria ha finalizado el primer semestre del año con ganancias, alcanzando un beneficio de 1,14 millones de euros, frente a los 3,52 millones de euros de pérdidas que registró en los seis primeros meses de 2017. De esta forma, la promotora liderada por Félix Abánades, finaliza por primera vez con ganancias, y avanza un punto porcentual en lo que llevamos de sesión en el mercado.   

Quabit Inmobiliaria también logró un resultado bruto de explotación (ebitda) positivo de 3,7 millones de euros, mejorando los 822.000 euros de pérdidas que acumulaba en el mismo periodo del pasado ejercicio. La promotora justifica su mejora en los resultados a la aplicación de descuentos de deuda.

La cifra de negocio crece un 225%, hasta los 9,1 millones de euros.

A 30 de junio, la cartera residencial asciende a 3.237 viviendas con un importe estimado de facturación de 672 millones de euros, y se reflejará en la cuenta de resultados conforme vayan produciéndose las entregas, entre 2018 y 2019. En junio ha comenzado la entrega de 116 viviendas de Quabit Aguas Vivas en Guadalajara y se terminará el año con un total de 215 viviendas entregadas.

Inversiones

La inmobiliaria cerró los seis primeros meses del año operaciones de suelo por valor de 24 millones de euros, con 85.130 metros cuadrados edificables.

Desde 2017 Quabit ha invertido 193 millones en suelos para levantar casi 4.850 viviendas, lo que supone cumplir ya en un 75% el objetivo de 7.900 viviendas de promoción hasta 2022.

Asimismo, el crecimiento de las preventas se ha acelerado con el inicio de las nuevas comercializaciones, sumando en este primer semestre un total de 814 viviendas por importe de 169 millones de euros.
