Ryanair registrará unos ahorros de 500 millones tras la rebaja del precio del crudo

La rebaja del precio del petróleo permitirá a Ryanair ahorrar unos 500 millones de euros en gastos de combustible durante el ejercicio fiscal 2009-2010 -entre el 1 de abril 2009 y el 31 de marzo 2010-, según explicó hoy el director el responsable de Comunicación de la aerolínea, Stephen Mcnamara. "En el ejercicio fiscal 2009-2010 ahorraremos 500 millones de euros con respecto al gasto en combustible al que tuvimos que hacer frente en el ejercicio fiscal 2008-2009", señaló Mcnamara. Esta rebaja del gasto en el combustible será posible gracias a la compra anticipada de petróleo que realizó Ryanair a un precio inferior con respecto a las reservas de crudo que la 'low cost' irlandesa adquirió durante el ejercicio anterior.
