Vueling asegura que el ERE tendrá un impacto inferior a las 80 personas

Vueling asegura que el Expediente de Regulación de Empleo (ERE) que previsiblemente presentará en los próximo días tendrá un impacto por debajo de las 80 personas, según han confirmado a Efe fuentes de la compañía, en parte gracias a la recolocaciones que prevé el grupo. Vueling reconoce que "llevamos días negociando el ERE", pero ha asegurado que se limitará al área de mantenimiento y que "la empresa está trabajando para minimizar el impacto sobre la plantilla de la aerolínea". El presidente de Vueling, Josep Piqué, ya anunció en la junta de accionistas celebrada a principios de mes que Vueling y Clickair seguirían ajustando sus plantillas para culminar su proceso de fusión, que Piqué cuantificó en unos 200 trabajadores. El ERE que presentará Vueling afectará a los trabajadores del departamento de mantenimiento, donde quedarán una decena de ellos, si bien algunos de los empleados despedidos se recolocarán en Iberia, en principio, la mitad de manera inmediata y el resto, progresivamente.
