La Feria Internacional de Maquinaria Agrícola (FIMA) celebrará su 42ª edición, del 26 al 30 de abril de 2022, con el objetivo de dar voz y las soluciones "más innovadoras" al sector agrario, como "uno de los motores de la economía que es".

Tras más de dos años de la última edición, en un contexto de inestabilidad social y económica a nivel mundial generado por la pandemia, así como otros acontecimientos recientes, como la guerra en Ucrania, FIMA cuenta, a falta de mes y medio para su celebración, con la confirmación de 900 firmas de países de todo el mundo, que han contratado una superficie expositiva de 60.000 metros cuadrados.

En una entrevista concedida a Europa Press, Alberto J. López ha trasladado el agradecimiento de la institución ferial zaragozana a todas las marcas participantes "que han entendido que en un momento tan complicado necesitan una herramienta comercial potente como FIMA, que quiere mostrar su tecnología y que se acuerda de la situación de los profesionales".

Esta feria es un "elemento vivo", que reacciona a la situación en la que se encuentra el sector, el cual vive un proceso de transformación "importante", ha avanzado, añadiendo que éste es un momento en el que los agricultores "se están reuniendo, demandando soluciones para los problemas del campo en España", a lo que se suma "el aumento de costes y la distorsión de precios de las producciones, con mercados actuales y futuros inciertos".

CAMBIO DE FECHAS

Esta feria iba a celebrarse el pasado mes de febrero, pero a finales de diciembre de 2021, la organización decidió aplazarla a abril. Al respecto, el director de Desarrollo de Negocio de Feria de Zaragoza ha dicho que, a pesar de que ya estaba "cerrada", con los pabellones completos y las marcas distribuidas, el aumento importante de contagios de coronavirus, por la variante Ómicron, les llevó a tomar esta medida "urgente".

"Nos estaban llamando muchas empresas comunicado que en sus países estaban poniendo restricciones por el crecimiento exponencial de los casos y, tras tratarlo con las autoridades sanitarias, hicimos el cambio", ha recordado López, como sucedió con SMOPYC, FIGAN o SMAGUA, en 2021.

Las empresas, colectivos y profesionales han entendido que estos eventos son "una oportunidad de negocio, de encontrarse con clientes y competidores, ya que llevan más de dos años sin reunirse y han demostrado que confían en FIMA", ha defendido.

Por todo ello, López se ha mostrado optimista de cara a la celebración del evento: "Hay muchos inscritos, nos piden muchas invitaciones para asistir a la feria y ahora mismo, independientemente de lo que ocurre, las cifras de la pandemia han bajado exponencialmente y se van a relajar las normativas COVID en las diferentes comunidades autónomas".

RECUPERACIÓN

En FIMA, junto con el Ministerio de Agricultura, el Gobierno de Aragón y los diversos colectivos y organizaciones agrarias, se va a explicar y trabajar en el desarrollo de los mil millones de euros de los fondos europeos 'Next Generation EU', para la transformación ambiental y digital del sistema agroalimentario español, dentro del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.

La introducción de nuevas tecnologías, aportaciones en materia de sostenibilidad, ahorro energético, mejora y modernización de regadíos son algunos de los temas que se abordarán en la Feria de Maquinaria Agrícola. "Hay mucho dinero venido de Europa para potenciar esa transformación y en FIMA se va a abordar", ha apostillado López.

JORNADAS TÉCNICAS

Todas las cuestiones que atañen a la agroalimentación tendrán cabida en esta feria, no solo a través de las tecnologías, sino también mediante la información y el debate. Para ello, desde Feria de Zaragoza se lleva preparando durante meses más de 30 jornadas técnicas.

En esta programación, el papel de la mujer en la agricultura o la formación de los jóvenes que en un futuro se dedicarán a la actividad agrícola son algunas de las materias de análisis.

FIMA, tal y como versan sus lemas 'Juntos por el campo' y 'Orgullosa/o de ser agricultora/o' muestra su interés por situar a los agricultores en el centro. "Lo hemos hecho siempre; han pasado miles de empresas a lo largo de nuestra historia, muchas que ya no existen, otras se han incorporado más tarde, ha habido movimientos de mercado, pero todo lo que hemos hecho ha sido para que los agricultores tuvieran una herramienta para mejorar la rentabilidad de sus explotaciones y compartir experiencias con otros profesionales de otras zonas de España y de otros países", ha contado Alberto J. López.

"Traemos tecnología, innovación y tenemos presente siempre a esa parte del sector, la gente joven, que se tiene que incorporar al mercado, así como el emprendimiento en el sector rural, por parte, sobre todo, de las mujeres", ha añadido.

En esta línea, la Feria Internacional de Maquinaria Agrícola va a detenerse en la reivindicación del talento femenino en el sector, mediante historias "que sirvan de inspiración" y políticas que se están desarrollando para incentivar el empleo femenino agrario: "En muchos ámbitos del sector agrícola, hay mujeres destacadas, pero nos preocupa el emprendimiento de las mujeres en el medio rural, es un tema del que hay que hablar y que queremos potenciar", ha sostenido López.

Dentro del programa de jornadas técnicas de FIMA destaca la celebración de VIII Congreso Nacional de Desarrollo Rural, las actividades relacionadas con la Agricultura 4.0 y experiencias de grupos operativos que hablarán de la introducción al manejo y a las herramientas digitales en cultivos extensivos, las prácticas innovadoras para bioenergía y el biocarbono con biomasa agrícola.

MISIONES COMERCIALES

De forma paralela, se han organizado una docena de misiones comerciales, en las que grupos de empresas de todo el mundo celebrarán encuentros B2B --Business to Business--, que contribuyen a la exportación de productos y maquinaria española.

"Contamos con un grupo importante del norte de África que están interesados en mejorar la modernización de regadíos, en zonas que están teniendo una sequía, y en España tenemos empresas muy consolidadas en materia de riego", ha relatado López. Además, la Asociación Española de Fabricantes-Exportadores de Maquinaria Agrícola y sus Componentes (Agragex) también organiza sus propias misiones inversas.

PREMIOS INNOVACIÓN

Como cada edición, Feria de Zaragoza ha apostado por premiar en su Concurso de Novedades Técnicas un total de once productos y soluciones que mejoran la calidad, el compromiso medioambiental, la sostenibilidad y la seguridad en el trabajo de los profesionales de la agroalimentación.

Entre ellas, un sistema que facilita al agricultor la elección exacta y regulación rápida de los neumáticos de su maquinaria, un nebulizador mixto que permite hacer tratamientos con productos fitosanitarios líquidos y en polvo o un sensor de malas hierbas para pulverización selectiva.

IMPACTO ECONÓMICO

Todos los certámenes que organiza Feria de Zaragoza son un "importante" revulsivo para empresas de la restauración, la hostelería y servicios de Zaragoza, ha apreciado Alberto J. López, porque "afectan a todo el tejido", desde compañías de montaje, decoración, catering, eventos que se celebran en otras instalaciones, y es que un turista de negocio gasta "tres veces más" que un turista al uso, de ahí el valor que supone para la economía de la ciudad.
