El grupo alemán de productos de consumo y belleza Henkel ha cerrado el ejercicio 2025 con ventas de 20.495 millones de euros, un 5,1% menos que el año anterior en términos nominales, y con un beneficio de 2.058 millones de euros, un 1,3% más, según se desprende del informe anual de la compañía consultado por Europa Press.

El beneficio operativo (Ebit) ajustado, por su parte, se ha situado en 3.026 millones de euros, hasta un 2% menos que el año anterior, mientras que el margen del Ebit ajustado ha aumentado, pasando de un 14,3% hasta un 14,8% en 2025, ha detallado Henkel en un comunicado.

El grupo también ha informado que los efectos del cambio de divisa han tenido un impacto negativo de un 4,2% en las ventas, mientras que las adquisiciones y desinversiones del grupo durante el ejercicio han generado otro impacto negativo en las ventas, de un 1,7%, debido principalmente a la venta de su negocio de 'retailer brands' en Norteamérica.

El beneficio ajustado por acción preferente ha disminuido otro 0,6%, hasta los 5,33 euros por acción, mientras que, a tipos de cambio constante, la cifra ha aumentado un 4,7%.

Por líneas de negocio, el área de tecnologías de adhesivos ha caído un 2,8%, hasta los 10.667 millones de euros a cierre de 2025, hasta suponer un 52% del negocio total de Henkel, mientras que la de marcas de consumo anota un descenso del 7,5% interanual, hasta 9.677 millones de euros, un 47% del total del grupo.

El 38% de los ingresos provenieron de Europa, seguido del 26% proveniente de Norteamérica, el 17% de Asia-Pacífico, el 10% de India, Oriente Medio y África (IMEA), otro 7% de Latinoamérica y un 1% adicional fueron de naturaleza corporativa.

Henkel ha cerrado el ejercicio con una posición financiera neta de 109 millones de euros, frente a los 93 millones de euros negativos a cierre de diciembre de 2024.

INCERTIDUMBRE GEOPOLÍTICA

El consejero delegado de Henkel, Carsten Knobel, ha valorado que el entorno empresarial del grupo está marcado por desafíos como conflictos militares, tensiones geopolíticas y conflictos comerciales y arancelarios, lo que ha debilitado el sentimiento del consumidor y la demanda industrial.

"A pesar de las continuas y difíciles condiciones económicas, hemos hecho avanzar con éxito a Henkel en 2025. Hemos alcanzado o incluso superado objetivos clave y continuamos impulsando la transformación de nuestra empresa", ha añadido Knobel.

La empresa, de hecho, ha anunciado que propondrá a la Junta General Anual de abril un aumento del dividendo del 1,5% en comparación con el año anterior, ascendiendo a 2,07 euros por acción preferente y 2,05 euros por acción ordinaria.
