En medio de cientos de correos de personas interesadas en nuestro curso de Inteligencia Artificial, hubo dos mensajes que me hicieron frenar. No venían de perfiles tecnológicos ni de jóvenes buscando optimizar su productividad. La curiosidad no se jubila: el caso de Juan

Juan tiene 89 años.

Podrías pensar que está retirado, disfrutando de una vida tranquila. Pero no. Sigue al frente de su empresa, con un equipo de 10 personas, trabajando —como él mismo dice— “a pleno pulmón”.

Y quiere apuntarse a un curso de Inteligencia Artificial.

No porque lo necesite económicamente. No porque esté obligado. Sino porque mantiene intacta esa chispa que muchos pierden demasiado pronto: la curiosidad por seguir aprendiendo.

Su decisión dice mucho más que cualquier libro de liderazgo. A su edad, enfrentarse a la tecnología más disruptiva del momento no es solo aprendizaje, es actitud. Es entender que el crecimiento no tiene fecha de caducidad.

La tecnología como puente, no como barrera: el caso de Nicasio

Nicasio tiene 93 años.

Su correo era distinto. Más íntimo. Más honesto.

No preguntaba por el contenido del curso ni por las aplicaciones de la IA. Preguntaba por sí mismo. Me decía que su agilidad mental ya no es la misma y que quería saber si las clases quedarían grabadas para poder verlas con calma, a su ritmo.

Y ahí es donde surge una pregunta incómoda:

¿Tú le dirías que no lo haga?

¿Quién decide hasta dónde puede llegar alguien?

Nicasio no busca validación. Busca una oportunidad. Quiere entender, quiere adaptarse, quiere seguir creciendo. Y está dispuesto a hacerlo desde la humildad de quien sabe que necesita más tiempo… pero no menos ganas.

Su caso demuestra algo clave: la IA no excluye, incluye.

Utilizarla es realmente sencillo, solo tienes que saber cómo hacerlo bien para que obtener información fiable y ademas montar una estructura de trabajo que no solo optimice tiempos sino que llegarás a donde hoy no puedes, ni por tiempo ni por capacidad.

La IA no es una barrera, es un puente para todos.
 

El verdadero diferencial: la incomodidad

Lo que tienen Juan y Nicasio no es conocimiento técnico.
