Las acciones de Repsol caían casi un 4% en Bolsa en los primeros compases de la sesión tras anunciar, antes de la apertura del mercado, que invertirá un máximo de 10.000 millones de euros hasta 2028 y repartirá 3.600 millones en dividendos en efectivo.

En concreto, en torno a las 9.25 horas, las acciones de la energética bajaban un 3,8%, hasta un precio de 20,16 euros por título, liderando las caídas del Ibex 35 y siendo la única que presentaba pérdidas. No obstante, en los primeros instantes de la apertura, la empresa ha llegado a sufir una caída del 7,49%, hasta los 19,4 euros.

Según una comunicación remitida este martes a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), Repsol ha actualizado este martes sus métricas operativas y financieras para el periodo 2026-2028, con un plan "selectivo" de inversiones de entre 8.500 y 10.000 millones de euros hasta 2028, enfocado a proyectos ya aprobados por la compañía.

De esta cifra, un 55% se destinará a inversiones en España y Portugal y un 34%, a Estados Unidos. Las iniciativas bajas en carbono supondrán un 30% del total, según ha precisado la energética en el marco de su 'Capital Markets Day'.

Esta actualización de sus cifras para el periodo 2026-2028 se ha relizado al margen de la volatilidad que puede representar el conflicto en Oriente Próximo, que está afectando a los precios del petróleo. Repsol prevé alcanzar 6.500 millones de euros de flujo de caja operativa en 2028 y mantiene sus prioridades estratégicas: "solidez financiera, disciplina inversora y mejora de la retribución al accionista".

En este sentido, la retribución prevista al accionista se sitúa entre el 30% y el 40% del flujo de caja operativo en el periodo, incluyendo dividendos y recompra de acciones. En total, Repsol distribuirá 3.600 millones de euros en dividendo en efectivo hasta 2028.
