No obstante, "si fuera urgente y se retrasaran esas decisiones" sobre la propuesta de minoración de las ganancias "excesivas" de las compañías eléctricas como consecuencia del gas, no descarta la hipótesis de "tomar decisiones por nosotros mismos", porque el precio de la energía pone en una situación "muy difícil" a nuestra industria y familias.

En concreto, ha señalado que el sector cerámico y azulejero requiere "una particular atención", como le presta la ministra de Industria, porque está "particularmente castigado", ya que a la subida del precio del gas tiene "la dificultad añadida" de que buena parte de la materia prima básica procedía de Ucrania.

Así, ha constatado que los consumidores industriales de gas son "muy sensibles", y se está viendo "cómo actuar inmediatamente", ya que los grandes consumidores de gas tienen un punto de partida "más complicado" porque el precio del gas es "absolutamente independiente de la capacidad de intervención del Estado".

Con todo, ha destacado las medidas que se aplicaron para introducir flexibilidad en los contratos de suministro de gas y en el volumen que pudieran adquirir y el precio, aunque ha admitido que "esto no es suficiente".

Por otra parte, sobre la petición del Alto Representante de la UE para Política Exterior, Josep Borrell, de bajar la calefacción, ha señalado que las campañas desarrolladas estas últimas semanas en Francia, en el Reino Unido, en Países Bajos o incluso en Estados Unidos ya reclamaban 'Si estás con Ucrania, reduce tu consumo energético'.

Por ello, ha destacado que en la medida en que reduzcamos drásticamente esa dependencia, estaremos más preparados para seguir abordando medidas y sanciones frente a Rusia.

Además, ha subrayado que las recomendaciones para reducir la dependencia son las que ya estaban identificadas para la transición energética: impulsar el ahorro energético, una reducción importante de los combustibles fósiles facilitando las solucione renovables y una electrificación donde sea posible.

MANIFESTACIONES DE TRANSPORTISTAS

Asimismo, sobre las manifestaciones de transportistas por la subida del precio de los carburantes, ha señalado que el precio de la materia prima no depende de los Estados sino de los mercados intencionales, que están sometidos a "una altísima volatilidad y a una tensión muy fuerte" y sobre eso se produce una carga fiscal que "hay que ver cómo se puede suavizar".

Sobre si el Gobierno reducirá esa carga fiscal, ha expuesto que "se están estudiando los distintos escenarios para dar respuesta a los profesionales del sector y, en segundo lugar, al resto de consumidores".

Además, ha indicado que hay que estudiar la previsión para los próximos meses y, en ese sentido, ha destacado que hay un seguimiento constante de la Agencia Internacional de la Energía y un diálogo abierto con los productores de gas y petróleo para garantizar el abastecimiento y buscar una limitación de los precios de estas materias primas en los mercados internacionales.

Por tanto, ha sintetizado, hay medidas en distintas etapas: el

margen de actuación del Gobierno donde hay una primera atención a los usos profesionales; y establecer el modo de lograr una mayor coordinación europea e internacional para el abastecimiento, con el fin de reducir el impacto que representa que uno de los mayores productores de gas y petróleo del mundo haya quedado "apestado en la escena internacional" como es Rusia.

MEDIDAS DIRECTAS DE APOYO A LAS FAMILIAS

Asimismo, respecto al impacto en las familias, ha explicado que en España había un 40% de hogares acogidos a la tarifa de precio voluntario público al pequeño consumidor, que es la que está indexada al mercado mayorista y, por tanto, la que más sufre esta turbulencia, "para la que era muy difícil estar preparados".

Pero muchos consumidores han cambiado su tarifa y de ese 40% se ha pasado a un 35%, al tiempo que ha recalcado que las compañías eléctricas tienen la obligación de ser transparentes en las ofertas, mientras que el compromiso del Gobierno es "reforzar el esfuerzo con los consumidores vulnerables".

Así, ha destacado que se han incrementado los descuentos de las tarifas del bono social y se está estudiando si es necesario "reforzar todavía más esa cobertura" a los consumidores vulnerables con políticas sociales para llegar a las familias que no son titulares del contrato de la electricidad --ya sea porque viven varias familias en una casa o porque es el arrendatario de ese contrato--, pero están pasando por "una situación muy difícil que requiere de una medida social de apoyo directo".
