Por otro lado, Telefónica Tech, a través de su unidad especializada en digitalización industrial 'Geprom', dará soporte a Deoleo en la gestión y el mantenimiento de sus plantas de Alcolea (Córdoba) y Tavarnelle (Florencia), integrando el sistema de Gestión del Mantenimiento Asistida por Ordenador (GMAO) mediante la tecnología 'EMI SUITE', la cual permitirá un mayor control sobre la eficiencia de la cadena de valor en ambas fábricas.

Estos sistemas incluyen módulos específicos para controlar y gestionar los distintos activos de las plantas (inventario, maquinaria, recambios y documentación), además de un software que permite planificar, ejecutar y registrar el mantenimiento tanto preventivo como correctivo. También facilita la gestión de órdenes de trabajo, el seguimiento de incidencias y el control del 'stock' de repuestos y materiales.

IA: GARANTÍA DE ALTA CALIDAD EN EL PRODUCTO FINAL

Como tercera iniciativa, y tras la realización de un "exhaustivo" análisis para identificar otras oportunidades con las que potenciar con IA la transformación y la eficiencia en los procesos clave de negocio, Telefónica Tech y Deoleo han seleccionado un primer caso de uso para impulsar soluciones de IA.

El objetivo de este proyecto es dotar al máster blender de herramientas de apoyo que faciliten la toma de decisiones, seleccionando las mejores materias primas y variedades de aceite del mercado, para mantener los altísimos estándares de los aceites y, sobre todo, para seguir ofreciendo al consumidor las máximas garantías de calidad.

Dicha implementación tendrá un impacto directo en la calidad del producto y en su apuesta continuada por la innovación, alineándose con la visión de la compañía de utilizar la tecnología como una palanca estratégica para su competitividad y diferenciación.
