“El Ibex 35 podría comportarse mejor que muchos índices si Alemania avala nuestras deudas”

Víctor Alvargonzález, consejero delegado de Profim EAFI, “los inversores pueden estar tranquilos en bolsa, al menos durante la primera mitad del año”. Incluso cree que “el Ibex 35 podría comportarse mejor que muchos índices si Alemania acepta avalar nuestras deudas”. Sin embargo, “en el medio plazo la situación puede cambiar porque ese aval no sería gratis y se tomarán medidas para pagarlo, como subir impuestos o recortar gastos, algo que para el crecimiento del país no es nada bueno”.

Respecto a las nuevas exigencias impuestas por el Gobierno a las financieras españolas, el experto opina que “suena a poner solución, pero de la peor forma posible, ya que se hará con el dinero de los contribuyentes para dejarlas saneadas y luego venderlas a otros bancos, extranjeros o nacionales, o un fondo de capital-riesgo”. Y, es que “el FROB y la situación de algunos bancos y cajas era un problema para el país porque suponía inyectar dinero en entidades que no pueden valerse por sí mismas”. Aún así, cree que “quizás en algunos casos sería más inteligente cerrar algunas entidades”.

Alvargonzález cree que “Irlanda y Grecia incumplirán el pago de su deuda”, sin embargo, “tengo dudas de si saldrá algún país de la zona euro, aunque aritméticamente tendría que ser así porque las desigualdades económicas entre ellos y la falta de una autoridad política única hacen imposible su convivencia”.

“La renta variable americana es el mejor mercado para invertir porque presenta muy buena situación, al tiempo que EE.UU. crece”. De hecho, comenta que “el mercado no ha descontado ese crecimiento y su competitividad en tecnología, algo que sí ha hecho con los emergentes”.

Obama ya ha anunciado que pretende congelar el gasto público algo que considera “acertado pero también dificultará el crecimiento del país”. Con respecto a la Fed, dice que “hace lo correcto desde hace mucho tiempo”.

Alvargonzález dice que “asistiremos a un aumento del precio del petróleo por el crecimiento de los países emergentes que cada vez demandan más productos alimentarios y, precisamente la producción agrícola necesita combustible y es muy cara”. “Esto será aprovechado por la OPEP que apretará con los precios, pero no hasta el punto de hacer que caigamos en recesión, por lo que no viviremos una crisis del petróleo”.

Recomienda “estar en renta variable en la primera parte del año, pero no en mercados emergentes porque ya están muy descontados”. También “se puede ganar con el petróleo”.
