"La última emisión de bonos de Repsol tuvo la rentabilidad más baja de la historia"
Jorge Díaz San Segundo, responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio de Groupama AM para España, Andorra y Portugal, comenta la situación por la que atraviesan los bonos corporativos en este primer semestre del año.

“En los últimos meses ha habido un fuerte apetito por parte de los inversores hacia los bonos de empresas”, afirma. Díaz asegura que la situación ha cambiado teniendo en cuenta que el verano pasado el riesgo sistémico era mucho mayor, algo que ahora no sucede.
¿Habéis notado, por lo tanto, un incremento en la demanda?
“Se ha notado un proceso de rotación. Primero hemos visto cómo los inversores compraban bonos de alta solvencia, investment grade y bonos senior. A medida que la rentabilidad iba bajando, los inversores han ido a buscar emisiones high yield. Primeramente en euro o en dólar, divisa dura, y posteriormente en divisa local.
Las compañías están aprovechando la coyuntura para lanzar emisiones porque los tipos de interés están muy bajos, seguimos viendo mucho flujo de dinero. Valga un ejemplo la última emisión de Repsol a siete años que tuvo una rentabilidad del 2,62%, la rentabilidad más baja de la historia de una compañía. Pero las compañías hacen bien en emitir porque se garantizan una financiación a coste bajo”.
¿Dónde se encuentra posicionado Groupama AM?
“Vemos valor en el entorno triple B, vemos valor en subordinadas y, por otro lado, nos gustan también emisiones primarias de corporates. Recientemente hemos tomado posiciones en Enel, en Italia, y en España, en Iberdrola y Endesa”.
¿Qué ventajas proporcionan los fondos flexibles?
“Proporcionan un valor añadido al cliente particular porque es una tipología de activo que se adapta a la situación dado que tiene una gran rapidez en los movimientos de cartera”.
