"Prefiero los bonos senior que los pagarés de algunos bancos"

“Mientras tengamos a los mercados pendientes de un hilo de qué hace Europa para recuperar la confianza, hay que estar al margen. No habrá respiro hasta que se tomen medidas drásticas”, dice Víctor Alvargonzález, CEO de Profim EAFI.

“Y éstas medidas tendrían que ser:
El nombramiento de una autoridad presupuestaria europea con la posibilidad de fijar el límite máximo de déficit que puede generar cada país.
Restructuración de la deuda griega
Y dejar la puerta abierta a un protocolo para que los países que lo incumplan salgan de la Unión”.

A los que tienen un gran peso de renta variable en su cartera, Alvargonzález les recomienda “que tengan un peso importante también de liquidez, del 40%-60%”.

“Hay que tener en cuenta que cuando los bancos piden dinero a través de pagarés es porque las instituciones y el extranjero no se lo dan. Eso sí, hay entidades que pagan por ser españolas injustificadamente”.

“Si los pagarés son de bancos diversificados que no dependen de España, no veo problema. Pero estos bancos venden bonos con los que dan más de un 5% de rentabilidad y que tienen una calidad senior. Además, estos bonos se pueden vender en el mercado a deseo del comprador. Puestos a prestar dinero a los bancos, me quedo con los bonos senior que con los pagarés”.

También avisa que “hay que tener en cuenta que si una entidad es nacionalizada, el Estado puede reescribir las condiciones de los depósitos que en su día se firmaron”.
