¿Mejores activos para invertir?

Lucía Gutiérrez-Mellado, directora de Estrategia para España y Portugal de JPMorgan Asset Management, advierte que seguimos en un entorno inflacionario y, aunque su previsión es que los tipos de interés van a seguir bajando en el corto-medio plazo, no está justificada una política monetaria relajada. En cuanto a la asignación de activos, la principal apuesta está en el crédito -tanto de alta como baja calidad crediticia- y la renta varialbe americana.

A pesar de las tensiones geopolíticas y comerciales que provocan vaivenes en los mercados de renta varibale, Lucía Gutiérrez-Mellado, de JP Morgan, quien consdiera que el escenario sigue siendo favorable para las bolsas, aunque reconoce que en el banco de inversión estadounidense están más cautos que a principios de año. Eso sí, tiene claro que lo que más les gusta es la renta variable americana.

La  experta de la gestora considera que renta variable de países desarrollados –sobre todo Estados Unidos-, así como el crédito, son los activos más favorables para la situación actual de los mercados.
